Recipe: Mama Neese's Artichoke Dip

With spring finally here, the school year is starting to wind down. With this begins end-of-the-year festivities for many campus groups. Confused as to what dish to bring to your party? Volunteer for an appetizer, because this succulent dip is sure to please anyone's taste buds. Better yet, host a pre-party for one of the exciting arts events this weekend on campus.

Ingredients:

1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and place in baking dish. Bake until bubbly and golden on top. Serve with chips or crackers of choice.
