1. Top Chef - We can't wait to watch Padma and Chef Colicchio take down young, aspiring chefs on season five of Top Chef, set in New York City. Seventeen new contestants will try to grill, sear, and mince their way to the top to win $100,000, plus some serious publicity. Rumored to be the toughest season yet, Top Chef: New York should serve up some competitive tension in the kitchen and major drama at the judges' table. Tune in for the season premiere on Bravo, Wednesday at 10 p.m.

2. 30 Rock - We're relieved to see Tina Fey drop Sarah Palin and pick Liz Lemon back up full-time on 30 Rock. Liz still works with a bunch of morons in corporate television and her personal life is still in shambles, but we're hoping that she and Jack will get together in the third season. See what happens on NBC, Thursday at 9:30 p.m.

3. Summer Heights High -Summer Heights High is new to American television, but this Australian export should be a hit with college audiences that can appreciate the quirky humor of a one-man mockumentary. Chris Lilley stars as the eccentric drama teacher, troublemaker, and over-achieving teen queen in this hilarious spoof on high school. Watch it on HBO, Sunday at 10:30 p.m.
