1. Rock the Cradle

Once again, MTV stretches its creative faculties to churn out this little gem: Let's toss a bunch of spoiled brats with something to prove into another competition show and see who inherited the rock genes. Sure, half of them have already made appearances on their parents' reality TV shows, but the spotlight can never shine too brightly for these kids. As if they didn't have the cheapest ticket to success already, the children of music icons such as Bobby Brown, Olivia Newton-John, MC Hammer, and Eddie Money take the stage in tonight's premiere at 10 p.m.

2.King: Forty years after his father's assassination, Martin Luther King III sits down with Tom Brokaw in this two-hour event, Sunday at 8 p.m. on the History Channel.

3. Saturday Night Live with host Christopher Walken: I've got a fever. That is all. Saturday at 11:30 p.m. on NBC.
