World-class surfer Percy "Neco" Padaratz Jr. became the first in his sport to ever be caught for steroid use. The 29 year old had three different types of the drug in his body and acknowledged that he had been using them to help with a back injury. Padaratz, who won the 1999 Gotcha Pro surf event in Huntington Beach, is suspended for the rest of the year.
