Boston College Announces Commencement Speaker and Honorary Degree Recipients

The Boston College Commencement Exercises on May 22 will feature the United States Secretary of Education Richard W. Riley as the keynote speaker.

Boston College will also award honorary degrees to Cardinal Jaime Ortega, Archbishop of Havana, Cuba; Kip Tiernan, founder of the Rosie's Place shelter; NBC President and CEO Robert C. Wright, and Fayette Long, a teacher at Cathedral High School in Boston.
