MONDAY, Jan. 28 8:38 a.m. - A report is filed off campus regarding a student who was arrested by the Boston Police Department. The student was charged with possession of a class "D" substance with intent to distribute within a school zone. The student was issued a summary suspension.

10:25 a.m. - A report is filed in Alumni Stadium regarding a fire alarm activation.

4:01 p.m. - A report is filed in McElroy regarding a temporary high school employee who was being let go and was argumentative. The party left the area and a trespass warning was issued.

9:38 p.m. - A report is filed regarding an ill party who was transported to Cushing Hall.

10:17 p.m. - A report is filed in Voute Hall regarding a student who reported a past assault and battery on them by a non-BC student. A detective will investigate and a trespass warning will be issued to the suspect.

TUESDAY, JAN. 29 12:26 a.m. - A report is filed in a commuter parking log regarding two witnesses who observed a motor vehicle back into a police cruiser, cause damage, and leave without stopping. The witnesses provided the suspect vehicle's license plate number. A detective will investigate.

2:45 p.m. - A report is filed in 21 Campanella Way regarding a faculty member who is receiving unwanted phone solicitations. He will track the calls for further action.

4:37 p.m. - A report is filed in Walsh Hall regarding an ongoing roommate situation. The case is being handled by the office of Residential Life.

10:23 p.m. - A report is filed in Keyes South regarding a suspicious circumstance.

11:34 p.m. - A report is filed in Welch Hall regarding a suspended/trespassed student and a non-BC student who were observed in a residence hall. Both fled upon seeing the officers. The non-student was stopped, identified and issued a trespass warning. The student could not be located. A criminal complaint for trespassing may be sought against him
