MONDAY, JAN. 7 2:07 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a student being harassed by a non-student.

2:33 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a larceny.

TUESDAY, JAN. 8 1:37 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a vehicle that drove on several grassy areas around the Upper Campus residence halls, causing some damage.

1:54 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an unsecured residence in Cheverus Hall. The area was checked and secured.

3:01 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an unsecured residence in Welch Hall. The area was checked and secured.

3:05 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an unsecured residence in Welch Hall.

4:01 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an unsecured residence in Fenwick Hall. The area was checked and secured.

8:19 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a fire box pole that had been damaged, apparently by a snow plow after the last storm.

12:20 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an assist to Newton Police with a motor vehicle accident.

1:52 p.m. - A report was filed regarding the activation of a fire alarm in a residence hall.

5:31 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a minor motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 9 5:19 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a motor vehicle that was being operated erratically while driving on two flat tires on Commonwealth Avenue. After a short investigation, Newton Police responded and the driver was placed under arrest. The party was charged with DUI, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and the use of a motor vehicle without authorization.
