8:44 a.m. - Employee reports a past hit and run. A property damage report is filled out. 9:43 a.m. - The Campus School reports that one of their buses was late. BCPD contacted local police departments looking for the van. It arrived with all of its occupants. The driver had become lost trying a shortcut. 10:56 a.m. - An employee fell in front of Lyons Hall and injured her head. After first aid she was transported to Saint Elizabeth's. 11:30 a.m. - An employee complained of harrassment from another employee in McElroy Commons. Detectives are following up. 12:38 p.m. - Officers respond to a motor vehicle accident in front of St. Clement's. One of the drivers was a BC employee. He was treated on the scene and released. 1:05 p.m. - A guest fell on ice in front of Walsh Hall and injured her head. After first aid she was transported to Saint Elizabeth's via cruiser. 3:04 p.m. - An officer takes a past hit and run report from a student. 7:27 p.m. - Officer responds to a faculty member in McGuinn Hall who had slipped on the ice and injured her wrist. After first aid she was transported to Saint Elizabeth's via cruiser.
Friday, March 7
4:08 a.m. - Officer responds to assist a custodian in Higgins Hall who had injured his back. He was transported to Saint Elizabeth's via cruiser. 8:33 a.m. - Electricians and fire personnel responded to a fire alarm in O'Neill Library. It proved to be a false alarm. 2:08 p.m. - Newton Fire Department responds to a fire alarm at the Career Center. 9:03 p.m. - Officer responds to an on-the-ice injury to a player at the hockey game. The player is transported to Beth Israel Hospital for a head injury. 9:30 p.m. - Officer at Conte Forum removes a fan who had become belligerent.
Saturday, March 8
1:21 p.m. - A UConn sports fan reports seeing one car hit another car in the Plex parking lot. The female operator exited her vehicle, checked the damage, parked her van, and continued into Conte Forum. 3:46 p.m. - Officers question four males and one female who were leaving flyers on cars in the Commonwealth Garage. 7:09 p.m. - Sergeant removes a patron from Conte Forum who had been causing a problem with a Merrimack hockey player. 8:39 p.m. - An officer in Conte Forum reports a man is working as a private investigator with an expired license. 10:23 p.m. - An officer responds to Ignacio Hall where a 26-year-old alumnus suffered from a reaction to her prescription medications. She was transported to Saint Elizabeth's via ambulance.
Sunday, March 9
12:20 a.m. - Boston EMS notifies BCPD of an intoxicated female student in the Commonwealth Garage. After first aid she was release to her companion to be taken to Saint Elizabeth's. 12:40 a.m. - A female reports her vehicle had been broken into in the Commonwealth Garage. 1:33 a.m. - Officers observe an unconscious, intoxicated 19-year-old male in Gabelli Hall. After being awakened he refused to be transported to Saint Elizabeth's. He was taken into protective custody and failed a breathalyzer test. There were no beds available at the detox center so he was taken to the Newton Police. 4:07 a.m. - Officer recovers a Newton street sign from a student near College Road. The report is forwarded to ODSD. 9:57 a.m. - An officer discovers a lab with radioactive materials open in Higgins Hall. Officer stands by until Health and Safety arrive. 6:14 p.m. - Officer responds to the rear of Lyons Hall after a report of an unattended motor vehicle rolled down a hill and struck another vehicle. Both vehicles are status active and there are no wants of warrants on either owner.
Monday March 10
11:28 p.m. - A call is received from Keyes South residence hall from a student needing transport to the infirmary. Student had a bad headache and was not feeling well. She was suffering from a reaction to her medication. Officer transported the victim to Saint Elizabeth's.
Tuesday, March 11
9 a.m. - A parent reports she has not heard from her son in over two months. The address she gave does not exist. A detective will investigate. 9:05 a.m. - Officers respond to a fire alarm in 66. A substantial water leak was found coming from the women's shower area. The leak was secured and area cleaned. 10:46 a.m. - Officer/ EMT responds to evaluate a student in Walsh Hall who has not been well since returning from Canada this week. After first aid he was transported to Saint Elizabeth's via ambulance. 11:24 a.m. - Officers confiscate two martial arts weapons that were in plain view. The officer had responded to an ill student.
