Friday, Oct. 19 4:15 a.m. - A report was filed regarding two males who were urinating on a building. Both parties were identified.

11:18 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

11:19 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an ill party who was treated and released to her parents who then took her home.

Saturday, Oct. 20 1:32 a.m. - A report was filed regarding assistance provided to resident assistants with a loud uncooperative party. Several students fled and some were found hiding in the apartment. All were identified.

2:48 a.m. - A report was filed regarding two students who were caught smoking marijuana behind Kostka Hall. Some contraband was confiscated. Criminal charges may be sought.

3:36 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a confiscation of a small amount of marijuana. Criminal charges may be sought.

3:50 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an off campus noise complaint. Police and the Community Assistance Patrol responded and several B.C. students were identified. Newton Police advised that they will be taking out criminal charges due to the number of complaints that the address has generated in recent weeks.

9:11 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a call from St. Elizabeth's hospital regarding an intoxicated student who left their facility without authorization. After a brief search, the party was located and was taken into custody.

4:37 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a confiscation of alcohol from an underage party. A criminal complaint may be filed against the party.

8:14 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a motor vehicle which was towed.
