Thursday, Oct. 5 3:20 p.m. - A report was filed on the Newton roadways regarding a group of individuals who were tailgating at a soccer game. The group was advised of the no-tailgating policy and complied without incident.

8:14 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a possible fire in the Cabot woods. Upon arrival, the cause was determined to be coming from the exhaust of two golf carts. Each cart contained two males who have no affiliation with Boston College. One male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Newton Police reported that the carts had been stolen from the Commonwealth Golf Course. Criminal charges will be filed.

Friday, Oct. 6

1:45 a.m. - A report was filed off campus regarding a verbal domestic dispute between a male and a female.

2:48 a.m. - A report was filed in Duchesne Hall regarding a bag containing a green leafy substance that was found next to a motor vehicle that was being towed. The item was confiscated.

10:34 p.m. - A report was filed in Walsh Hall regarding a beer funnel which was confiscated from a BC student.

Saturday, Oct. 7

3:25 a.m. - A fight was reported in the Mods. Officers were able to separate the combatants. Several other combatants fled the area. One student was transported to the hospital. Three other BC students were transported to the Infirmary.

11:29 p.m. - Four Boston University students who were conducting a scavenger hunt were reported in the Beacon Street Garage. The students were identified and issued trespass warnings.

Monday, Oct. 9

2:00 a.m. - A report was filed regarding the arrest of two non-BC students in the Lower Lots for possession of a class "B" substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a class "D" substance. Both suspects were booked and bailed at the BC Police Department
