FRIDAY, APR. 18 11:56 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a motorist who became verbally abusive after receiving a parking violation. The party was identified and the vehicle is now banned from campus.

1:30 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a fire alarm activation in a residence hall.

10:16 p.m. - A report was filed at Conte Forum regarding an injured party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

SATURDAY, APR. 19 2:04 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

2:07 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a motor vehicle that was traveling at an excessive rate of speed in the Lower parking lots. The operator was too impaired to drive. The vehicle was towed and a trespass warning was issued.

2:31 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a report that a student had been sexually assaulted in the Modular apartments.

2:49 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated party of legal age who was unable to care for himself. He was placed in protective custody and was later released to a responsible adult.

4:21 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a BC student who was placed under arrest and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and rape. He was booked at BCPD and later transported to Boston Police Department to be held in lieu of $50,000 bail. SUNDAY, APR. 20 3:22 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a motor vehicle that was stopped for speeding. Zu-Hui Pan of Worcester was arrested and charged with trespassing. He had previously been issued a trespass warning from another incident.

6:34 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a larceny in Rubenstein Hall. A detective will follow up.
