THURSDAY, SEPT. 11 6:18 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a party who was trapped in an elevator in Devlin Hall. They were released without incident and the elevator was shut down pending repairs.

7:06 p.m. - A report was filed regarding a minor motor vehicle accident.

8:36 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an ill party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 12 8:38 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an in¬toxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility.

8:45 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an in¬toxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

8:57 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated underage party who was trans¬ported to a medical facility. Some alcohol, a smoking device and a fake Indiana driver's license were confiscated.

9:10 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an in¬toxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

9:53 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated underage party who was placed into protective custody and later released to her parents.

10:42 p.m. - A report was filed regarding an assault and battery, which took place at a concert. Jamaul Drew of Boston, was arrested and charged with assault and battery and be¬ing a disorderly person. Neither the suspect nor the victim was a BC student.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 13 12:04 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an off-campus noise complaint. Both BC and Newton police responded and 15 BC students were identified. Newton police will be fil¬ing criminal complaints against the house residents.

12:32 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an in¬toxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.
