FRIDAY, SEPT. 14 12:33 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a male who was found on campus in violation of a previous trespass warning. He was placed under arrest and was charged with Criminal Trespass.
12:52 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an off-campus noise complaint. The Boston Police Department and Community Assistance Patrol responded to the location and identified several BC students.
1:26 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a call from resident assistants who report an odor of marijuana. Officers responded and during the course of the investigation some fireworks and a replica firearm were confiscated.
1:51 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an intoxicated underage student who fled the primary care facility without authorization. She was located and refused to cooperate. She was placed in protective custody and was later released to her father. Some damage was also caused by the student and restitution will be sought.
2:30 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a call that there was a large fight in progress. Officers responded to the area and several parties fled the area. One injured student was located and transported to the hospital for facial injuries.
3:03 a.m. - A report was filed regarding a student who was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. An additional charge of possession of a class "B" substance (methamphetamine) was added after a consent search of his room had been conducted. Multiple items were confiscated and the investigation is continuing.
3:24 a.m. - A report was filed regarding an underage intoxicated student who was observed stealing a chair from Lyons Hall. The chair was returned and the party was transported to a medical facility.
5:20 a.m. - Officer files a report regarding an off-campus noise complaint. BPD and CAP patrol responded to the location and several BC students were identified.
