SATURDAY, SEPT. 29 7:53 p.m. - A report was filed off campus regarding an ex-boyfriend of a student who forced his way into her room and assaulted and battered her. The party was placed under arrest and was charged with one count of domestic assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and one count of breaking and entering in the night time with intent to commit a felony.

10:16 p.m. - A report was filed off campus regarding a noise complaint. Police and the Community Assistance Patrol responded and several BC students were identified.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 30 12:51 a.m. - A report was filed in Fitzpatrick Hall regarding an intoxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility by ambulance.

12:58 a.m. - A report was filed on the Newton Roadways regarding several BC students who were acting suspiciously. A short investigation resulted in the confiscation of a small bag of marijuana and some paraphernalia.

1:36 a.m. - A report was filed at the Mods regarding an intoxicated underage party who was transported to a medical facility.

1:48 a.m. - A report was filed at the Mods regarding a confiscation of alcohol from two underage parties. Several false IDs were also confiscated. A criminal complaint may be filed against each party.

1:55 a.m. - A report was filed at Corcoran Commons regarding an assist to the detail officer in the dining hall with the removal of several parties.

2:38 a.m. - A report was filed at BCPD headquarters regarding a party who received an injury while attempting to break up a fight. Several parties were identified and a detective will investigate.

2:58 a.m. - A report was filed at the Dustbowl regarding a BC student seen kicking and destroying a sprinkler head. Investigation found 12 other sprinkler heads destroyed in the same manner along the same walkway. Report filed and restitution will be sought. Criminal complaints may also be filed.
