Actor, speechwriter, talk and game show host gets

Celebrated actor, speechwriter, talk and game show host Ben Stein spoke to 200 Boston College students last Monday about his pro-life stance in a lecture hosted by the BC Republicans. Stein managed to throw in some humor as well, poking fun at everyone from Bill Clinton to Jesuits to lawyers.
Sonia Weitz Shares Stories of the Nazi Occupation

Holocaust survivor Sonia Weitz spoke at Boston College for the seventh time last Tuesday to share stories of her childhood under Nazi occupation and through five concentration camps. Weitz is currently a poet and director of the North Shore Holocaust Center in Peabody, Massachusetts.

The first annual symposium on belief and non-belief in modern American culture was held at the Copley Theater Tuesday night. The symposium featured lectures by two prominent physicians on the role of faith in medicine and how religion intervenes in the making of medical decisions.
