Is it possible to truly appreciate something while you're in the middle of it? This question has been in my mind ever since the marathon rain session we had last week. After all, what better time to reflect on sunnier days than in the middle of a cold, wet, gray haze? I woke up each rain-soaked morning and was continually disappointed by what I saw.

So I did this career makeover thing at the Career Center last semester. I applied, and the staff sifted through questionnaires until it found the five students who were, career wise, in the worst shape. Basically, it was like, "Congratulations! You suck at finding jobs!" I wasn't insulted though.

They're all around campus. And you've definitely pointed them out in either absolute elation or utter disgust. Down the million dollar stairs and inside the Eagle's Nest, everywhere you turn, another one is in your line of vision. Admittedly, I was, at first, unsure about my feelings toward them.
