Let me tell you: It is with honor and anxiousness that I speak with you today. If I were forced to consider my tenure at Boston College, to analyze my life in a before-and-after context, you would grow tired of hearing about this character, Andrew C.

I am currently having one of those out-of-body experiences. Sitting atop my uncomfortable wooden chair provided by Residential Life and crouched over my laptop with my failing vision, the tears are streaming out of my eyes almost to the point of breathless heaving.

I'm going to be honest - for most of my college career, I have made fun of Appalachia Volunteers. For the past three years now, I've seen all the away messages once they get back from break exclaiming "Appa Love! [Place Name] 2004/5/6! [Insert inside joke here]!" A roommate and I would always roll our eyes and make fun of people for saying "Appa Love," commenting how in a month or two these people wouldn't be all about the love anymore and life would go back to normal, the only difference is having a few new people to say hi to on campus.

"In the year 2024, I truly envision myself pacing up and down the sidelines of an NBA arena, as the head coach of a National Basketball Association franchise. I will be one of several female coaches to revolutionize the representation of women in a male-dominated sports league.

On an almost daily basis, I find myself genuinely upset and disappointed that certain artists are no longer with us, creating the consistent brilliance they once shared with the world. In order, these artists are Tupac Shakur, Kurt Cobain, and Mitch Hedberg.
Hillside Workers: True New England Classics
By Neil Johnson / Heights Senior Staff
Hillside is certainly the trendiest, if not the most spacious, eatery on campus - a chic little alcove at the bottom of the 21 Campanella Way. Its small size can make for either a hectic dining experience (as anyone searching for a table on a weekday lunch time can attest) or a comfortable one (if you choose your mealtime wisely).

Though I had dreamt it would happen some day, I never imagined sharing a bedroom with Angelina Jolie would require breaking my leg. And doing so in Namibia, at that. OK, perhaps some explanation is in order.
