We're all adults here, right? If mature Americans have the capacity to accept the responsibilities of their decisions - at least when it comes to gambling - then people should be able to spend their hard-earned cash as they see fit. If they want to spin their paycheck on double zero, it's their decision.

But for a company with precisely zero experience in the market, there sure seems to be a lot of fuss about it. Samsung's Upstage SPH-M620 is by no means the first music phone to hit the ever-widening cell phone market. Motorola, Nokia, and Sony-Ericsson have included MP3 playback capability in their handsets, attempting to woo consumers away from their cell phones and iPods by combining the functionality of both in one device.
