Wal-Mart - The megastore chain looks like a heel after suing a brain-damaged former employee, Debbie Shank, to recoup health care costs the company plan paid out. When Shank won a lawsuit against the trucking company whose driver crushed her car, the company invoked a clause allowing it to recoup money spent on health care. Have a heart, people.
