What we think: Every day should be reserved for gratitude

 

Every year, the fourth Thursday in November is set aside as a time for giving thanks. We think, however, that every day necessitates this type of activity. With continual remembrance that being people of a joyful heart requires constant practice, we present here the collected thoughts of Heights editors. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels.      
I’m thankful for:

Friends, family, an elegant sentence, and the kindness of strangers.

24-4 at home football games over the past four years, for the power four, and for my sister’s perfect field hockey season. Julia, we are all very proud of you.
