The next building to be constructed in the Harrington Athletics Village, a training space for baseball and softball, will be named after Pete Frates, the Eagles athletic department announced in a statement released Wednesday.
“The dedication of the Brighton complex also represents the opening of the first student-oriented space on Brighton Campus, an important benchmark for the University.”
On Wednesday afternoon, Boston College announced that the Brighton complex, which was opened this March, will be dedicated to University trustee associate and former Boston Red Sox CEO John Harrington.
